Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Our estimated delivery time is between 7-21 days depending on where the order was placed from. You will receive your order anywhere from 7-21 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons.
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery inside the United States & Europe, we ship using USPS and you will receive a tracking number within the first 3 days of ordering. During holiday season please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery due to high demand.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
After your payment is verified, all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing time (1-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent forth to the post office). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CET will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
If we are experiencing an extremely high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delay (delayed by 4+ days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email address linked to your order. Note: most items will be sent separately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES & FEES
All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a slight chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however, if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive any of this money. The funds go exclusively to your government. The last thing we would want is for our customers to be charged extra, as this would be detrimental to our sales. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.
